  Many groups have strict procedures which do not allow for them to accept owner surrendered animals preferring to pull animals from the local shelters instead. However Lost Fantasy has decided to accept owner surrendered animals giving the owners a safe place to send them rather than chancing what "might" happen if they were to give them away to someone they didn't know or send them to the shelter.

We have only a few requirements for acceptance into our program:

1) The animal be UTD on shots as to not expose our current animals to any disease (proof must be brought with them at the time of surrender)
2) All animals be brought to our farm..including horses! ~We do have a GREAT hauler who helps us out and we can give the surrendering owner his number to arrange transport~
3) We must have space in our program so that the incoming animal can have the best care possible until a new forever home can be found.

We have specific surrender & donation forms which can be downloaded or sent via email that must be brought with the surrendered animal.

Please contact us to be sure we have room in the program before making arrangements to bring your animal here as many times we are full but can refer you to another group who may have room!
