My name is Festus and I am a true "mountain kitty". I was found abandoned on Big Walker Mountain during winter with an injured eye (which had to be removed). The rescue thinks I am around 3 years old.

I wasn't sure about being a housecat but I have adapted really well and love to lay under the woodstove or on the couch with the kittens. I don't even mind the stupid dogs that step on me or try to sleep on the couch beside me. I'm not exactly a "lap cat" but I like to be held sometimes... if I want down I will let you know.

I am neutered and UTD on my shots and the rescue requires that I be kept inside only.

I am a big lovely kitty who would love a home of my very own... can I come home with you?

Adoption fee of $50 applies
